"Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may peace and salutations be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and may God's curse be upon all their enemies."
It is hereby confirmed that His Eminence Thiqat al-Islam Haj Shaykh Zayn al-`Abidin Dhou'l-Faqari Isfahani- may his graces last- has been authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs, to collect the religious funds such as zakat and the expiation and injustices alms and to use them for the religiously prescribed expenditures. He is also permitted to collect the blessed share of the Imam (`a) and spend it sparingly for his sustenance. In case of surplus from his expenditures, he is equally permitted to use one-third of it for the religious expenditures and for propagating the sacred religion. He is similarly permitted to collect the share of the noble Sadat and to give half of it to the local Sadat and to remit the other half and two-thirds of the blessed share of the Imam (`a) to this humble servant.
"And I advise him- may God Almighty assist him- as we have been advised by our pious predecessors to adhere to piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and afterworld affairs." May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brothers.
