In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; may God's peace is upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
And then, Hujjat al-Islam Aqa Haj Shaykh Nourullah Tabarsi- May his gracings last- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs whose incumbency is vested with the view of qualified faqih (jurist) in time of occultation of the Savior (May God hasten his glorious reappearance). He is also authorized to collect religious dues and deal the issues of properties which cause to pass from one to another and amhal as much as commonly authorized and spend the mazalim `Ibad expiations and zakats on the prescribed cases. He is further authorized to spend the holy share of Imam (`a) for his expenses as is common. Regarding the excess, he is authorized to spend one third of the holy share of Imam (`a) and half of the share of prominent sadat on the location and return the remaining shares to me for revival of the pure appellation of Islam.
I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as the pious predecessors, to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldly and after-world affairs. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren!
