On 10/8/1363 AHS by three gentlemen who were assigned by the Prime Minister in accordance with Your Eminence's order dated 16/1/1363 AHS determined instances for His Excellency's government decree dated 12/12/1357 AHS. These decrees were acted upon in special courts and in 25/6/1363 AHS a law was passed by the Majlis and communicated to the Judiciary that courts should act according to law. Since in some cases the writings of those gentlemen contradict with the Majlis law, trouble is created in courts. Authorize the contradictory cases to be acted in accordance with the Majlis ratification.
