Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds: may peace and salutation be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny; and His curse be upon all their enemies,
al-Islam Aqa Shaykh Muhammad-`Ali Shar`i- may his graces last- who has devoted part of his noble life to studying religious sciences in the holy theological seminary of Qum is authorized on my behalf to take charge of financial affairs, collect religious funds and to spend sadat's share on prescribed cases. He is authorized spend half of the blessed share of Imam- may God's peace be upon him- on spreading the Islam and send the other half to me to be spent theological seminaries- may God protect them.
"I advise him, may God Almighty assist him, as we have been advised by the pious predecessors to keep company of piety and to evade carnal desires and to be continuous."
