After praising (God) and offering salutations (to the Prophet and his pure progeny (`a)), let it be known to all the faithful of all the villages of Wazi, Sang Zard, Pol Hajji Muhammad `Isa Bayk, Gour Ghalk-ha, Koshk `Ali Bayk-ha, Kouleh Saydan, Sarshour Abek, Dahan An, Khareh Sang, Kouleh Shafa Bayg, Sanggar `Ali Bayg, Sar Soukhteh, Dahan Soukhteh, Qiyaghak, Sar Qiyaghak, Dahan Keychak, Sar Keychak, Sangar, Kouleh Sang, Noughayboul, Qal`eh, Dahan Dyoukan, Shour Ab, Sangar Barat-ha, Mayel, Sarak Nouabad Mayel, Sang Qeshqeh, and Dahan Tanour Taq, that His Eminence Murawwij al-Ahkam Mr. Shaykh Ahmad Akhlaqi and Murawwij al-Ahkam Mr. Shaykh Ahmad Muhammad `Ali Murawwij, may God, the Exalted, assist them, are my representatives in financial and religious law affairs whose supervision depends on the permission of a fully-qualified jurist with the observance of caution. They are also permitted to collect the blessed Share of the Imam (`a) whose one third is to be spent as prescribed by religious laws while the remaining two-third is to be remitted to this humble servant. The receipt of payments is to be given to the payers of the funds. They are also authorized to permit the payers to give themselves the Sadat's Share to the poor and pious Sadat. Let it be known to all that the representation of the above districts was previously in Mr. Sayyid Husayn Jan's name and for now on, it has been transferred from him.
I advise them, may Allah, the Exalted, assist them, to be pious and cautious; I hope they will not forget me in their benevolent prayers.
