If the public bath is needed by the village and you cannot build it out of other funds such as donations, you are permitted to withdraw from the blessed Share of the Imam (`a) and repair the bath. If they want to send money to Qum, they must send to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa Shaykh `Ali Akbar Islami Turbati, my representative, to be spent in the religious seminary.
