Please allow me to state to Your Eminence that your congratulatory telegram about my arrival at the holy cities is greatly appreciated. Since I have been informed that my telegrams are not being delivered and that telegrams coming from Iran for me have likewise not been delivered I will not respond by telegram. I ask Almighty God for Your Eminence's continuous blessings in making the pure teachings of Islam supreme. May God's peace mercy and blessings be upon you.
