I wish for your Excellency's health and happiness. You are notified that the religious sums at the disposal of persons or in their banking account must be precisely investigated into and put in one account in your or my name to be offered to the needy upon your or my order. It is necessary to put all accounts under the title of religious sums. I sent Mr. Sani`i «1» so that with your Excellency's viewpoint these ambiguities would be thoroughly removed, and that it would be clear where and in whose name the religious sums are collected and donated. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our faithful brethren!
